前言
本文件按照 GB/T 1.1—2020《标准化工作导则 第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规定起草。
本文件代替 QC/T55—1993《 汽车座椅动态舒适性试验方法》,与 QC/T 55—1993 相比,主要技术变化如下:
——增加了局部硬度的试验方法(见第6章)
——增加了压力分布的试验方法(见第7章);
——增加了主观舒适性评价的试验方法(见第8章);
——增加了冲击吸能的试验方法(见第11章);
—— 更改了静载试验的加载和试验步骤(见第5章,1993年版的8.1),
请注意本文件的某些内容可能涉及专利。本文件的发布机构不承担识别专利的责任。
本文件由全国汽车标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 114)提出并归口。
本文件及其所代替文件的历次版本发布情况为:

汽车座椅舒适性试验方法
1 范围
本文件规定了汽车座椅舒适性试验方法。
本文件适用于M₁ 类车辆的座椅以及M₂ 类和M₃ 类的 B 级和Ⅲ级车辆的座椅。

3 术语及定义
GB/T 29120 界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
座椅舒适性 seat comfort
在行车或驻车状态下,汽车座椅能够为驾乘人员提供驾乘体验的舒适程度。
3.2
静刚度 static stiffness
物体在静载荷下抵抗变形的能力。
3.3
滞后损失率 hysteresis ratio
静刚度试验中产品回弹时损失的功与压缩时所用功的比值。
3.4
局部硬度 hardness profile
座椅乘坐表面局部点在作用力下产生变形的情况。

4 试样及加载板
4.1 试样
4.1.1 座椅试样应符合整车制造商设定的设计H 点和躯干角度要求。
4.1.2 试验前,座椅应置于23℃±2℃,相对湿度50%±5%的环境下12h 以上。
4.1.3 座椅试样所用部件(如发泡件、塑料部件等)的制成时间应超过96h。
5 静载试验
5.1 试验条件
5.1.1 试验机
静载试验的试验机应能在0mm/min~300mm/min 的速度范围内匀速加载,匀速加载的最大载荷应不小于1500N,并能实时记录加载板的位移及载荷大小。试验机系统的载荷及位移最大允许误差应不大于 1% FS。
5.1.2 加载板
按表1选择加载板。
6局部硬度
6.1 试验条件
6.1.1 试验机
加载试验机应满足 5.1.1的要求。
6.1.2 加载板
加载板应选用4.2.2中的类型。
6.2 试验步骤
6.2.1 局部硬度测量点的选取
6.2.1.1 座垫上的测量点
6.2.1.1.1 在分别经过设计位置的日点、日点沿座垫表面向前125mm和250mm 的横向垂直截面与座椅座垫的交线上,以过日点的纵向垂面与上述交线的交点为中心,分别取沿水平表面向左和向右每间隔 50mm 距离的点(含交点)作为测量点。6.2.1.1.2在分别经过日点、H点向左110mm和H点向右110mm的纵向垂面与座椅座垫的交线上,以经过日点横向垂直平面与上述交线的交点为中心,分别沿座垫表面取车辆行驶方向向前和向后每间隔 50mm距离的点(含交点)作为测量点。6.2.1.2 靠背上的测量点
6.2.1.2.1 在分别经过设计日点、H点沿躯干基准线方向向上 35 mm、日点沿躯干基准线方向向上 175 mm 和日点沿躯干基准线方向向上 350mm的横向水平截面于座椅靠背的交线上,以过日点的纵向垂而与上述交线的交点为中心,取水平方向向左和向右每间隔50mm距离的点(含交点)作为测量点。
6.2.1.2.2 在分别经过H点、H点向左110mm和H点向右110mm的纵向垂面与座椅靠背的交线上,以经过日点横向水平平面与上述交线的交点为中心,分别取躯干基准线方向向上和向下每间隔50mm 距离的点(含交点)作为测量点。

Foreword
This document is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2020 Directives for standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents.
This document replaces QC/T 55-1993 Test method for dynamic comfort of automobile seat, and the following main technical changes have been made with respect to QC/T 55-1993:
——The test method for local surface hardness has been added (see Clause 6 hereof);
——The test method for pressure distribution has been added (see Clause 7 hereof);
——The test method for subjective comfort evaluation has been added (see Clause 8 hereof);
——The test method for impact energy absorption has been added (see Clause 11 hereof);
——Changes have been made to the loading and test procedure for the static load test (see Clause 5 hereof; 8.1 of Edition 1993).

Vehicle seat comfort test method
1 Scope
This document specifies the test methods for vehicle seat comfort.
This document is applicable to seats in Category M1 vehicles as well as seats in Categories M2 and M3 vehicles of Classes B and III.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 29120 and the following apply.
3.1
seat comfort
level of comfort of the driving/riding experience that vehicle seats can provide to the driver/passengers during the traveling or parked state of the vehicle
3.2
static stiffness
ability of an object to resist deformation under static load
3.3
hysteresis ratio
ratio of power lost in rebound to that consumed in compression of a product during the static stiffness test

hardness profile
deformation of localized points on the riding surface of seats under applied forces

4 Specimen and loading board
4.1 Specimens
4.1.1 Seat specimens shall meet the requirements set by the vehicle manufacturer for the designed H-point and torso angle.
4.1.2 Before the test, the seat shall be placed in the environment of with a temperature of 23℃±2℃ and a relative humidity of 50%±5% for more than 12h.
4.1.3 It shall have been more than 96h since the parts used in the seat specimens (e.g. foam parts and plastic parts) were made.
