1. ECE R100

Uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles with regard to specific requirements for the electric power train

Part II: Safety requirements with respect to the Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS), of road vehicles of categories M and N equipped with one or more traction motors operated by electric power and not permanently connected to the grid.

关于电力传动车辆之特定要求的批准与统一规定

第二部分：对于装配一个以上电力驱动系统，且非永久连接式之M和N类道路车辆的可充电电能存储系统（REESS）的安全要求

适用范围

类别M和N的道路车辆的最大电力传动速度超过25 km/h, 且车辆配备一个或多个由电力驱动马达并且非永久链接至充电系统。

本法规不包括公路车辆碰撞后的安全要求。

Part II of this Regulation does not apply to REESS(s) whose primary use is to supply power for starting the engine and/or lighting and/or other vehicle auxiliaries systems.

本法规的第二部分不适用于以下目的之REESS设备：

为发电机 和/或 照明 和/或 其他车辆辅助设备提供动力系统。

Uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles of category Lwith regard to specific requirements for the electric power train

R136 part. II

Safety requirements with respect to the Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) of vehicles of category L with a maximum design speed exceeding 6km/h, equipped with one or more traction motors operated by electric power and not permanently connected to the grid

关于L类电力传动车辆之特定要求的批准与统一规定

第二部分：对于装配一个以上电力驱动系统，最大速度超过6 km / h且非永久连接式之L类道路车辆的可充电电能存储系统（REESS）的安全要求

Part II适用范围

类别L的道路车辆的最大电力传动速度超过6 km / h, 且车辆配备一个或多个由电力驱动马达并且非永久链接至充电系统。

本法规的第二部分不适用于以下目的之REESS设备：

为发电机 和/或 照明 和/或 其他车辆辅助设备提供动力系统。

依照 ECE Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (R.E.3), 附件 7 将机动車辆分類为：

L 類：少于 4 輪之机动車辆。

M 類：至少有 4 个輪子，且主要目的为载运乘客之动力驱动車辆。

N 類：至少有 4 个輪子，且主要目的为载运货物之动力驱动車辆。

O 類：拖車(包括半拖車)。

“大型車辆” 是指 M2~M3 , N2~N3 及 O2~O4 類車辆.

“小型車辆” 是指 M1, N1 及 O1 類車辆.

“机車” 是指 L1 及 L3 類車辆.
