EagleTalon是一款由三菱和克莱斯勒合作打造的车型。这款车型诞生的原因,是三菱和克莱斯勒想要打造出一款价格更加经济的性能车型。
作为这款车系的首款亮相车型,EagleTalon搭载了四驱系统,以及2.0升涡轮增压4G63发动机,能够输出190匹的马力,而车身重3100磅(约1400公斤)。
而之后的第二代EagleTalon,较第一代提高了50%的车身刚度,并且加长了轴距。而在这一代里,EagleTalon的动力输出则提升至了210匹马力(配备五速手动变速箱),或者205匹马力(配备三菱四速自动变速箱)。
在第二代的EagleTalon上,我们能够同时获得底盘刚度,以及潜力无穷的4G63发动机。而正是这些特性,让部分车队将EagleTalon搬上了直线加速竞技的舞台。
